Summary

Join Storable as a Sr. Business Systems Engineer and play a critical role in supporting and optimizing our Go-To-Market (GTM) and post-sales tech stacks. Focus will be on Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, GTM Apps, and middleware tools. The ideal candidate is a technical problem solver with deep expertise in automation, integrations, and data transformation within Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success tech stacks. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with stakeholders. Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining cross-platform integrations; implementing automation solutions; troubleshooting system issues; and providing technical guidance. The role requires extensive experience with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and iPaaS solutions, as well as advanced SQL and API integration skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business systems, integration engineering, or revenue operations roles
  • Expertise in Salesforce administration, configuration, and automation (Flows, Apex, CPQ tools, Sales/Service Cloud)
  • Experience with various applications in the GTM tech stack including DocuSign, Conga, Jotforms, LeanData, and sales-assisting AI applications
  • Deep experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred, but Marketo, Pardot, or Eloqua experience is acceptable)
  • Strong proficiency in Workato (preferred) or another iPaaS solution (Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, Zapier, etc.)
  • Advanced SQL skills for data transformation and automation workflows
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing API-based integrations across GTM & post-sales systems
  • Proficiency in CI/CD and DevOps best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex system issues
  • Excellent communication skills to interface with business stakeholders when needed
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder or Advanced Admin
  • All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain cross-platform integrations between Salesforce, HubSpot, and other GTM systems
  • Develop and optimize sophisticated iPaaS-based workflows. (e.g. Workato, Zapier)
  • Ensure data quality and governance across all connected systems, troubleshoot sync errors, and optimize performance
  • Implement best-in-class lead management, sales funnel automation, and campaign tracking solutions
  • Configure and optimize Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Flows, Apex triggers) to improve automation and efficiency
  • Maintain and enhance marketing automation workflows in HubSpot
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data transformation in automation workflows
  • Support API-based data exchange and develop custom Apex and API integrations where needed
  • Leverage Python or JavaScript for advanced automation scripts
  • Work closely with technical teams and the Director of Business Operations to scope and implement system enhancements
  • Engage with business stakeholders to deeply understand pain points, troubleshoot issues, and refine solution designs
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable automation solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team analysts and administrators
  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex system and integration issues
  • Identify and implement efficiency improvements in system architecture and business processes
  • Proactively monitor system health and optimize performance and scalability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building Salesforce Lightning Web Components
  • Experience developing Product Lead Growth processes and automations
  • Background in private equity-owned SaaS companies
  • Experience working in Sales, Marketing, and RevOps environments
  • Familiarity with Python or JavaScript for advanced automation scripting
