Summary

Join Natera as a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst & Administrator to lead the optimization, configuration, and administration of our Salesforce platform. This hybrid role demands a strategic thinker with strong technical skills and communication abilities to connect business needs with Salesforce capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business processes into Salesforce solutions, and perform daily Salesforce administration. Strategic and technical leadership is key, requiring expertise in Salesforce best practices and liaison work between stakeholders and development teams. The role includes training and supporting end-users and staying updated on Salesforce releases. Compensation is competitive and based on experience and location.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
  • Hands-on experience with Flows, Reports, Dashboards, Validation Rules, and Lightning App Builder
  • Excellent requirements-gathering and stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is required

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements
  • Translate complex business processes into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Create and maintain process documentation, use cases, and user stories
  • Drive system improvements and automation initiatives based on business needs
  • Perform daily administration and support of Salesforce environments
  • Configure and maintain standard and custom objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, and reports/dashboards
  • Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, data integrity, and security settings
  • Oversee sandbox management and release deployments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in a timely manner
  • Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce best practices
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams
  • Assist with training, onboarding, and supporting end users
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend relevant enhancements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator and/or Business Analyst Certification
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Lucidchart, and Tableau or Power BI
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with third-party Salesforce integrations
