Summary

Join Natera as a Sr. Salesforce Admin/Business Analyst and leverage your extensive Salesforce CRM expertise across multiple products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Mulesoft RPA, etc.). Analyze and document complex business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design effective Salesforce solutions. Gather, document, and manage business requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications and user stories. Proficiently work with Salesforce data, build and debug complex flows and apex code, and improve application and interface usage. Contribute as an individual contributor and senior admin, running proof of concepts with technical teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for stakeholder collaboration. Build comprehensive training materials to support implemented Salesforce solutions. This role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms, a Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience, and at least 8 years of relevant experience.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms such as Sales, Service Cloud, and Product Catalog (CPQ), Order Management, etc
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 8 years of experience in business analysis or related technical fields
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end software development programs across multiple teams
  • Expertise in Agile software development methodologies
  • Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced and constantly changing environments
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of overcoming project challenges
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams composed of both technical and non-technical members
  • SF Administrator (required)
  • SF Business Analyst (required)
  • Service cloud experience(Required)
  • CTI and Omni channel experience(Required)

Responsibilities

  • Extensive Salesforce CRM expertise with deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, functionalities, best practices, and experience across multiple products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
  • Proven ability to analyze and document complex business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design effective Salesforce solutions that align with business goals
  • Strong skills in gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements, including the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories for the development team
  • Proficiency in working with data within Salesforce, including exporting and importing data from a complex schema
  • Ability to provide improvements on how applications and interfaces are being used
  • Ability to build and debug complex flows and apex code
  • Being individual contributor and a Sr. admin. Ability to run proof of concepts with technical teams
  • Knowledgeable in Salesforce security
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including facilitating workshops, gathering feedback, and ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle
  • Strong ability to build comprehensive training materials to support implemented Salesforce solutions, ensuring end-users are well
