Summary
Join Xebia as a Senior Campaign Strategist and lead the strategy and execution of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns. With 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, you will develop and implement paid media strategies, manage budgets, and optimize performance across various channels. Collaborate with service line marketers and sales teams to drive campaign success and provide data-driven insights. This role requires strong expertise in paid media, marketing automation platforms, and excellent communication skills. The position reports directly to the VP of Performance Marketing.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on paid media
- Background in B2B Tech and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is highly desirable
- Strong expertise in digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, SEO, and email marketing
- Basic working knowledge of WordPress is mandatory
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce and analytics tools
- Proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Upper-intermediate in English
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead digital marketing strategies for service lines, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all paid media campaigns (search, social, display)
- Manage the paid media budget and ensure campaign efficiency and ROI
- Work closely with service line marketers (Cloud, Data & AI, etc.) to understand campaign requirements and content needs
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing leads and sales efforts
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights based on key metrics like CPC, CPL, conversions, MQL ratio, SQL-to-deal ratio, and pipeline win ratio
- Align closely with the CRM system POC (HubSpot) to provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
- Adapt to changing priorities and embrace new technologies and methodologies
