Summary

Join Intelligent Technical Solutions (ITS) as a Senior Marketing Strategist and play a key role in executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns using HubSpot. This full-time, remote position requires managing contact records, creating email campaigns, segmenting contact lists, monitoring email performance, maintaining lead capture forms, setting up workflows, supporting landing page creation, tracking lead generation, coordinating with sales, performing A/B testing, documenting processes, assisting with event marketing, preparing reports, and troubleshooting email and landing page functionality. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, organized, data-driven, and passionate about leveraging technology to achieve marketing goals. Proficiency in Canva and experience with ChatGPT are preferred.

Requirements

  • Proven experience using HubSpot Marketing and CRM tools
  • Strong understanding of email marketing strategies and best practices
  • Familiarity with list segmentation and workflow automation
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for formatting emails and landing pages
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Effective collaboration skills across departments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • A home office set up that meets the following: A working computer with minimum of 8gb RAM, i5 Windows10 or macOS Big Sur
  • Stable internet connection with at least 5mbps download and upload
  • HD webcam
  • A quality headset with noise cancellation feature for meetings
  • A mobile phone that has the capacity to install the Microsoft Authentication app
  • A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview)
  • Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written
  • Able to work full time 40 hrs. a week: 8 AM to 5 PM EST (Monday to Friday), somewhat flexible, could also be 8AM to 5PM PST
  • Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments
  • Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update contact records in HubSpot CRM
  • Assist in creating and scheduling marketing email campaigns
  • Segment contact lists for targeted outreach
  • Monitor email performance metrics and generate actionable reports
  • Maintain and optimize lead capture forms
  • Set up and manage workflows and automation in HubSpot
  • Support landing page creation and optimization
  • Track and report on lead generation efforts
  • Coordinate with sales to ensure proper lead handoff and follow-up
  • Perform A/B testing on email subject lines and content for campaign improvement
  • Document marketing processes and procedures for consistency
  • Assist with event marketing campaigns using HubSpot tools
  • Prepare dashboards and visual reports for marketing KPIs
  • Test and troubleshoot email and landing page functionality

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot certifications is a plus
  • Experience using ChatGPT for content generation or task assistance is a plus
  • Proficiency in Canva for basic graphic design support
