Senior Catering Partner Operations Associate

Summary

Join our team as a Sr Catering Partner Operations Associate and play a pivotal role in engaging catering partners on our platform by ensuring reliable operations and exceptional service to our partners and customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience partnering with and managing external vendors or accounts
• Experience or familiarity with restaurant or delivery industries preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop strong relationships with both internal and external partners
• The ability to work effectively with people in a cross-functional and autonomous environment
• Experience in resolving conflicts and finding creative solutions to address competing interests
• High level of empathy and emotional intelligence to understand the perspectives and motivations of catering partners, and effectively tailor communication and engagement strategies to build rapport and trust
• Experience analyzing data to make informed recommendations or decisions for internal and external scenarios
• Experience using analytics software such as Tableau, Sigma, etc. is a plus
• Proactive tendencies in identifying opportunities and driving solutions for internal and external stakeholders
• A love of solving challenging problems and working in uncharted territory

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with high-level contacts across different account types in order to best communicate wins and opportunities
• Understand the unique business of each partner and create strategies for success that support partner and ezCater growth
• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate caterers’ operational opportunities on an ongoing basis
• Become an subject matter expert on partner-facing and internal operational metrics
• Leverage data and analytics to identify trends and guide solutions
• Present operational and functional insights to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive alignment and support the overall growth and success of catering partners on the EZCater platform
• Get in on the ground floor of a new department and be an integral part of developing documentation, best practices, playbooks, etc..!
