Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful co-marketing initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and working collaboratively in a matrix environment
  • Data-driven with experience in analyzing campaign performance and adjusting strategies accordingly
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the goals of our key partners to drive mutual growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure marketing efforts are consistent, measurable, and impactful
  • Plan and implement integrated co-marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, content marketing, events, and email
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner contacts
  • Work closely with partners to identify opportunities for collaboration, including joint promotions, events, and content creation
  • Analyze the effectiveness of partner marketing campaigns, track KPIs, and generate insights that will improve future marketing strategies
  • Provide regular reports to leadership on campaign outcomes and ROI
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment of partner marketing activities with business objectives and customer needs
  • Facilitate communication between internal and external teams to streamline processes and drive results
  • Manage the partner marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and campaigns are executed within budget and on time
