Senior Civil Estimator

• 5 years Australian Civil or Structures experience
• Must have experience using Bluebeam
• Experience using Microsoft suite

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents
• Manage quantity take-off process and prepare Bill of Quantities as required
• Oversee project specific teams and lead complex tender bids
• Seek best value delivery methodology to gain competitive advantage over competitors
• Prepare and coordinate the completion of tender schedules with the Pre Contracts Coordinator
• Provide training and support for Junior Estimators
• Manage quantity take-off process and ensure compliance (2D and 3D)
• Liaise with the Commercial Manager regarding Contract Risks
• Seek client feedback – tender debrief
• Attend monthly meetings with the Estimating Manager and Estimating Director to identify department improvements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using Expert Estimator or similar Estimating software
