Requirements
- 3-5 years of robotics-focused perioperative experience in healthcare consulting or a SaaS company
- Proven ability to manage large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders
- Expertise in surgical domain operations and hospital workflows
- Strong executive presence and ability to present compelling data insights
- Demonstrated success in relationship building with key stakeholders, including C-Suite executives
- Experience in project management and program success metrics definition
- Familiarity with EHR systems and strong technical aptitude
- Ability to travel 25%-50% nationwide
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic positions to champion client robotic goals and ensure effective asset utilization using Qventus optimization tools
- Partner with product marketing and sales to define the Go-to-Market strategy for robotic surgery optimization
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for elevating robotics programs and participate in client robotic governance meetings
- Translate client visions into measurable, actionable recommendations for all stakeholders
- Establish differentiated delivery strategies that enhance user referenceability and champion status
- Apply Change Management techniques to drive client and partner success
- Oversee internal planning, metrics management, and reporting to align cross-functional teams for delivery, sales, marketing, and product success
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams on client implementations and program expansions
- Support governance activities in partnership with Client Success Partners (CSP) and Analytics Success Partners (ASP)
- Coordinate case study development and marketing collateral with the marketing team
- Manage project milestones with delivery and client engineering teams, ensuring smooth execution and issue resolution
- Coordinate training and access provisioning for external stakeholders ahead of go-live dates
- Maintain progress tracking, manage risks, and prioritize initiatives across multiple teams
- Prepare and present collateral for external calls and manage associated action items
- Own escalations and facilitate successful resolution
- Ensure clients and vendors utilize Qventus data to exceed outcome expectations
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare competitive market influences
- Experience in acute care patient flow processes and change management
- Clinical experience in the OR (e.g., CNOR certification)
