Senior Cloud Specialist

Requirements

• Possess a University degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Have at least 10 years of experience in IT, including at least 6 years of hands-on experience in cloud solutions
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Show a deep understanding of cloud architecture, security, and operations
• Possess strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or other cloud technologies)
• Hold a Cloud certification (at least one of the following): AWS: Any AWS Professional certification + at least two AWS Specialty certifications, or Microsoft Azure: Any Microsoft Expert certification + at least one more Expert or Associate certification, or Other Cloud Technologies: Any Cloud Professional certification, such as: CompTIA Cloud+, Cloud Certified Professional (CCP), Certified Cloud Consultant (CCC), EXIN Cloud Computing Foundation, Google Cloud Digital Leader, IBM Cloud Professional Architect / Developer, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Certified Architect Professional

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimise cloud-based solutions for enterprise environments
• Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of cloud infrastructures
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cloud adoption and innovation
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud-related challenges
• Manage cloud architecture (data & applications), development, testing, deployment, configuration, and operations
• Lead migration activities, including defining strategies, identifying required cloud components, and executing migrations

Preferred Qualifications

• Possess a Master’s Degree in a relevant field
• Have expertise in cloud technologies for AI/ML models, Business Intelligence (BI), Data Warehousing (DWH), DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code, Serverless architectures, security tooling, and SaaS products
