Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, human resources, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in benefits communications or a similar role in a corporate environment
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, practices, and policies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and communication management tools

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement communication strategies for clients' operational total rewards matters, including salary updates, bonus announcements, and incentive programs
  • Collaborate with total rewards and HR teams to gather relevant information for communication initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Lead the creation of communication materials, such as written notices, presentations, and digital content, to effectively convey total rewards-related messages
  • Manage rapid response communications for total reward-related issues, addressing inquiries and concerns from employees and stakeholders promptly and accurately
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of total reward communication initiatives, refining strategies based on data and feedback to enhance outcomes
