Senior Communications Marketing Manager

Summary

The Senior Communications Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive marketing communication strategies, managing public relations initiatives, conducting market research, and producing high-quality marketing materials at Augmedix, a company that delivers industry-leading ambient medical documentation solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in marketing communications, public relations, or a similar role
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and operationalization of marketing communication strategies in dynamic, high-growth environments
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a passion for creating compelling content across multiple channels is critical
• Proven success working cross-functionally with an ability to clearly articulate decisions and insights to a wide range of audiences
• Highly organized and able to respond and prioritize requests from cross-functional teams
• Ambitious self-starter with a positive, upbeat demeanor

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing communication strategies to drive top of funnel brand awareness and positioning across all relevant media and marketing channels
• Own the creation, approval, and distribution of marketing communications content to ensure high standards of quality and brand alignment with an eye towards scalable processes
• Manage public relations (PR) initiatives and PR agency to enhance the company’s reputation and visibility with relevant audiences
• Build deep cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders including Executive, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure alignment with business and customer needs in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• Perform market research as is needed to drive data-driven decisions and ensure messaging and positioning are appropriate amongst the competitive landscape
• Measure marketing communications effectiveness and drive continuous improvement processes aligned with business objectives and results

Benefits

• $135,000 - $165,000 a year (Salary range is listed above. Total compensation will typically include salary + performance bonus + equity)
