The salary range for US-based candidates is $82,000–$144,000 USD (excluding bonus, equity, and other benefits).

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in content design, UX writing, or similar roles where language has a clear impact on user experience
• A portfolio showcasing strong UX writing skills, showing how you’ve simplified complex information and improved user engagement through content
• Foundational knowledge of crypto basics (like wallets, transactions, tokens) and an enthusiasm for learning more about web3
• Strong empathy, self-awareness, and excellent communication skills—especially important when handling nuanced, technical content
• Comfort providing feedback on UI/UX designs, asking thoughtful questions about product strategy, and applying insights from quantitative and qualitative research
