Requirements
- 5+ years in content management, content strategy, or digital marketing
- Proven leadership experience in managing content teams and marketing campaigns
- Strong grasp of SEO, copywriting, email marketing, and analytics
- Hands-on experience with tools like Mailchimp, Braze, WordPress, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Asana, Trello, and Toggl
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Media Sciences, Communications, Marketing, or related field
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content creators to maintain consistent quality and brand voice

- Drive SEO content efforts, conduct keyword research, and monitor performance via tools like SEMrush and Google Search Console

- Track and analyse content performance, adjusting strategy based on data
- Ensure smooth content workflow and operations, optimizing processes for efficiency
- Leading morning check-ins with your content team
- Reviewing and editing SEO-optimized blogs and campaign copy
- Collaborating with the design team on social and ad creatives
- Running A/B tests on email subject lines and CTAs
- Reporting on content performance and making data-driven strategy tweaks
- Brainstorming with marketing leadership on next monthβs content calendar
