Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise content management (ECM) and CMS implementation
  • Expertise in OpenText Core Content & Extended ECM, including configuration, customization, and integration
  • Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), particularly in AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM Workflows
  • Hands-on experience with CMS architecture, metadata structuring, taxonomy management, and content governance
  • Proficiency in content modeling, headless CMS solutions, and API-driven content strategies
  • Solid programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript, Python, or .NET for CMS customizations
  • Experience integrating CMS with enterprise applications (SAP, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • Familiarity with cloud-based CMS solutions (OpenText Cloud, Adobe Cloud, AWS, Azure)
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices in CMS environments
  • Experience implementing digital asset management (DAM) strategies and content lifecycle automation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) Business Practitioner or equivalent CMS certifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead and architect CMS implementations, with a primary focus on OpenText Core Content and OpenText Extended ECM
  • Implement AEM components, workflows, and content models to support enterprise content strategies
  • Provide strategic consulting on CMS selection, migration, and integration, ensuring seamless interoperability with other business applications (ERP, CRM, DAM, Cloud Services)
  • Optimize content structure, metadata, and digital asset management (DAM) workflows across OpenText and AEM
  • Develop custom extensions, templates, and modules to enhance CMS capabilities
  • Implement headless CMS and API-driven content delivery for seamless omnichannel experiences
  • Monitor and optimize OpenText Core Content and AEM performance, ensuring high availability and scalability
  • Conduct CMS audits and performance tuning, improving content rendering speeds and backend efficiency
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing to ensure smooth deployments
  • Act as a trusted CMS advisor, providing technical guidance to clients and internal teams
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and content strategists to align CMS capabilities with business needs
  • Lead technical workshops, CMS training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
  • Support pre-sales efforts, assisting in client pitches and CMS architecture design sessions
  • Stay ahead of OpenText Core Content, AEM, and headless CMS trends, driving innovation in content automation, personalization, and AI-powered content management
  • Advocate for best practices in CMS security, accessibility (ADA/WCAG), and compliance
  • Contribute to CMS strategy roadmaps, ensuring future-proof content management solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with financial services and fintech clients
  • Experience working with Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress, or other CMS platforms
  • Knowledge of document management and records management solutions
  • CI/CD and DevOps experience (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform)
  • Familiarity with composable architecture and cloud-native content management
  • Experience with AI-driven content automation, personalization, and NLP-based search
  • Adobe Certified Expert (AEM) or OpenText Certified Consultant certification
