Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in high-growth environments
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail
  • You dig deep to understand the audience and industry well so you can create high-impact content that resonates
  • A proven track record of developing and executing a content strategy based on company goals
  • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools
  • Strong experience collaborating with the C-Suite and creating stronger brand presence through thought leadership
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and social media tools is ideal
  • Ability to manage external contractors and internal stakeholders to meet deadlines
  • Self-starter who independently seeks out opportunities to learn and succeed
  • Bias-to-action - you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty and stretch yourself
  • Successfully able to work in high-growth & ambiguous start-up environments

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with the company’s goals and audience objectives
  • Work with internal stakeholders (product, product marketing, leadership, customer experience) to understand business objectives and shape the content calendar
  • Oversee all written, visual, and multimedia content production for various channels - blogs, social media, emails, website
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and video producers to create high-quality content
  • Ensure content consistency, brand alignment, and compliance with style and tone guidelines
  • Implement SEO best practices to drive organic search traffic
  • Work with Growth Marketing to track content KPIs, including traffic, engagement, and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with marketing team members to coordinate messaging and optimize content performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, audience preferences, and best practices in content marketing

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge and experience in fleet management or transportation
