Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in high-growth environments
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail
- You dig deep to understand the audience and industry well so you can create high-impact content that resonates
- A proven track record of developing and executing a content strategy based on company goals
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools
- Strong experience collaborating with the C-Suite and creating stronger brand presence through thought leadership
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and social media tools is ideal
- Ability to manage external contractors and internal stakeholders to meet deadlines
- Self-starter who independently seeks out opportunities to learn and succeed
- Bias-to-action - youβre not afraid to get your hands dirty and stretch yourself
- Successfully able to work in high-growth & ambiguous start-up environments
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with the companyβs goals and audience objectives
- Work with internal stakeholders (product, product marketing, leadership, customer experience) to understand business objectives and shape the content calendar
- Oversee all written, visual, and multimedia content production for various channels - blogs, social media, emails, website
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and video producers to create high-quality content
- Ensure content consistency, brand alignment, and compliance with style and tone guidelines
- Implement SEO best practices to drive organic search traffic
- Work with Growth Marketing to track content KPIs, including traffic, engagement, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing team members to coordinate messaging and optimize content performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, audience preferences, and best practices in content marketing
