Requirements
- (Preferred but not required) Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
- 5 years or more experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related field
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization techniques
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and marketing tools (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics)
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform content decisions
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with SOULCHIβs brand and business objectives
- Conduct audience research to identify content needs and preferences
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure content is relevant and engaging
- Write, edit, and produce high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, social media posts, and email newsletters
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content, including infographics, videos, and other multimedia assets
- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and aligns with brand guidelines
- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content
- Manage the content production process, from ideation to publication, ensuring deadlines are met
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contributors to gather input and approvals
- Implement content distribution strategies to maximize reach and engagement
- Promote content through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and partnerships
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content to identify opportunities for improvement
- Track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of content marketing efforts
- Generate regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimizing content strategy
- Use data-driven approaches to refine and improve content marketing tactics
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall marketing campaigns and goals
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative content ideas
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior content creators
