Requirements

  • (Preferred but not required) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
  • 5 years or more experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related field
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization techniques
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and marketing tools (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics)
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform content decisions

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with SOULCHI’s brand and business objectives
  • Conduct audience research to identify content needs and preferences
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure content is relevant and engaging
  • Write, edit, and produce high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, social media posts, and email newsletters
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content, including infographics, videos, and other multimedia assets
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and aligns with brand guidelines
  • Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content
  • Manage the content production process, from ideation to publication, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external contributors to gather input and approvals
  • Implement content distribution strategies to maximize reach and engagement
  • Promote content through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and partnerships
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of content to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of content marketing efforts
  • Generate regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimizing content strategy
  • Use data-driven approaches to refine and improve content marketing tactics
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall marketing campaigns and goals
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative content ideas
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior content creators
