- Experience with complex pricing models, diverse product offerings and custom contracting
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or a combination of education and related experience
- 5 years of experience in contracts analyst, contracts management or related experience including CPQ quoting management, sales operations, project management, customer support, quoting
Responsibilities
- Draft a variety of complex customer-facing documents —including User Agreements, SOWs, Order Forms, amendments, renewals, and other contract-related material
- Review and negotiate contract redlines in collaboration with Legal, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines
- Understand and apply the go-to-market strategies, product offerings, and processes when collaborating or advising sales on deal structure
- Consistently maintain high throughput and meet established turnaround time SLAs
- Validate all aspects of complex agreements for accuracy and compliance with GHX’s business practices and internal approvals
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and actively contribute to initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, consistency, contract/process resources and overall operational effectiveness
- Assist with additional responsibilities, mentor team members and contribute to special projects as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce (CRM), pricing software such as Conga CPQ (Apttus) and CLM (such as Icertis) experience
- SaaS background
- Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and experience with SOX compliance
