Summary
Join Aledade as a Senior Analyst of Strategic Projects and support high-priority initiatives. Manage the full lifecycle of strategic projects, from planning and progress tracking to identifying roadblocks and producing deliverables. Develop strong financial modeling and data analysis skills, contributing market intelligence to strategic decision-making. Refine internal processes and implement tools to enhance team efficiency in payer contracting and cross-functional collaboration. This is a cross-functional role with broad visibility, working closely with leaders across Aledade. The position is remote within the US, with optional office space in Bethesda, MD or Durham, NC.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree
- 2+ years of strategy consulting experience
- Basic understanding of the payer & provider ecosystem within healthcare
- Experience leading and/or managing internal and external meetings and calls
- Strong experience with Excel/google sheets and familiarity with word, powerpoint, google docs
- Experience compiling presentations and distilling information for senior audiences
Responsibilities
- Support strategic projects being managed by the Chief of Staff or team leadership
- Develop comprehensive internal pitch materials, presentations, and scorecards to effectively communicate project updates and strategic insights
- Prepare presentations tailored for senior leadership, including board materials, concise updates, and partnership proposals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and facilitating informed decision-making
- Develop analyses using financial and other metrics to support presentations, strategic projects and ad hoc work
- Manage internal processes including team meetings, updates, and report collection and consolidation
- Work to improve existing processes for internal and external collaboration and information sharing
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Commercial Insurance and Medicaid programs
- Basic understanding of financial flows between payers and providers
- Basic understanding of value based care and the financial implications of that model
- Understanding of primary care value proposition
