Requirements

  • BA or BS required
  • 5+ years progressive working experience
  • Prior experience drafting contracts in a CLM tool
  • Prior experience working in Salesforce
  • Prior paralegal or contracting experience
  • Experience in contract language drafting and interpretation
  • Demonstrated project management skills, highly organized, attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines while managing a substantial workload in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage JIRA ticketing for Contracting Ops, handling redline requests, amendments, and contract-related inquiries while ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders and timely approvals
  • Anticipate and resolve roadblocks in the contracting process, ensuring projects stay on track and deliverables are met
  • Collaborate with the Legal Department to configure contracts in Salesforce CLM, ensuring alignment with business needs and optimal workflow
  • Provide input on process improvements to enhance the CLM tool, applying past experiences to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Engage in cross-functional meetings to stay informed on organizational changes impacting contracts and Contracting Ops
  • Take ownership of tasks, driving deliverables to completion with clear, concise communication and presenting complex ideas simply
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships, identifying gaps and next steps in projects and proactively addressing them
  • Mentor and support colleagues, promoting peer learning and assisting in onboarding new team members
  • Demonstrate core values in all interactions, applying sound judgment to guide future work and improve team processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in value-based programs and contract language
  • Experience using Google Suite of tools
