Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with proven experience across paid and organic channels
  • Proficiency with WordPress, including website updates and content optimization, and creative tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and data integration / visualization solutions
  • Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, problem solve, and meet deadlines effectively with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
  • Creativity and a detail-oriented mindset, contributing new ideas while ensuring accuracy in messaging, design, and analytics
  • Ability to thrive in both collaborative and independent settings, demonstrating confidence, enthusiasm, and an eagerness to learn and contribute as part of a growing team and company

Responsibilities

  • Manage website content updates and maintenance, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and alignment with brand standards, while helping to identify opportunities to implement and optimize lead capture strategies
  • Assist in the setup, launch, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns to expand brand reach and engagement; responsibilities include identifying target audiences, supporting the development of creative assets, evaluating third-party digital advertising platforms, and tracking spend
  • Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of digital content across platforms, including providing support for social media
  • Evaluate and monitor key metrics to analyze digital marketing effectiveness, creating actionable reports for leadership
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize strategies and content, ensuring consistency and alignment with company goals
  • Stay informed on emerging trends and technologies, bringing new ideas to enhance digital strategy
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team, such as making updates to the intranet and assisting more broadly across the communications functions

Preferred Qualifications

SEO and SEM know-how and HubSpot experience is a plus
