Senior Corporate Counsel, Product

Summary

Join ServiceNow as a Product and Transactional Attorney, playing a key role in structuring and negotiating complex technology transactions. You will advise on product development and release matters, including privacy, security, compliance, and regulatory issues. This position can be based in a U.S. ServiceNow office or remotely within the U.S.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry
• Current membership in good standing of a U.S. state bar
• 12+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years of experience in a technology company advising clients on complex technology transactions
• Experience providing product counseling in the technology space, preferably for SaaS products
• Knowledge and understanding of key IP, privacy, data security, and AI/ML legal issues and regulations
• Strong orientation as a team-player and a bias for sharing information
• A demonstrated ability to prioritize workload to set goals and meet deadlines in a fluctuating and sometimes ambiguous environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to distil complex issues clearly and communicate well both one-on-one and in groups, and in internal and external contexts

• Advise on a wide variety of product development and release matters, including advising on product-specific privacy, security, compliance, and regulatory issues
