Summary

The Senior Corporate Finance role at Sunday Ins Holdings involves contributing to the company's capital and fundraising initiatives, leading due diligence processes, building and updating financial models, monitoring cashflow, preparing financial reports, conducting industry benchmarks, and handling ad-hoc projects. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or an analytical discipline, 3-4 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or Corporate Finance, strong excel and financial modeling skills, be detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, have strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in English.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any analytical discipline
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or Corporate Finance
  • Experience in a full fundraising cycle, including leading due diligence, preferably experience with Series B or above
  • Strong in excel and financial modelling
  • Highly detail-oriented with high standards of integrity and work ethics
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in English

Responsibilities

  • Contribute towards Sunday Ins Holdingsโ€™ capital and fundraising initiatives
  • Led the due diligence process of any fundraising exercise
  • Build and / or update regional financial model(s) including but not limited to P&L, Cashflow and Balance Sheet forecasts
  • Monitor actual against budget cashflow and runway projections as part of capital planning regionally
  • Proactively ensure that annual budgeting exercises are coordinated among all internal and external stakeholders according to agreed timelines
  • Lead all financial reporting(s) for Sunday Group shareholders and board of directors
  • Prepare and / or update all investor presentations including gathering data and information input from all internal stakeholders
  • Conduct global and regional industry and competitor benchmarks; evaluate key insurtech and insurance industry trends
  • Handle other ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Experience interacting with global and regional investors is a plus
