Requirements
- Hold a Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Law/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Possess minimum 4-6 years of work-related experience gained in reputable corporate services firms and/or in-house corporate secretarial teams
- Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and responsibility
- Exhibit the ability to tackle challenges and meet tight deadlines
- Be highly motivated, able to work independently, eager to learn, and possess a keen desire to contribute
- Be detail-oriented and possess a high degree of professionalism and responsibility
- Be a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Have strong knowledge of Companies Act
Responsibilities
- Incorporate new companies (private limited, sole proprietorship etc.)
- Transfer corporate secretary appointments for existing companies
- Prepare and draft statutory documents (e.g. AGM, EGM, Board Resolution, etc.)
- Perform other corporate or ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the Manager(s)
- Maintain minutes books and update records in registers
- Monitor statutory deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Be a Member of SAICSA and/or ACCA/ISCA
- Be customer centric, with a passion for customer excellence
- Be willing to be hands-on as and when required
- Be willing to work as named secretary for our clients
- Be willing to train juniors
