Summary

Blockchain.com is seeking a Senior Counsel with 8+ years of experience to manage contractual matters, set up a Contracts Management function, and support M&A transactions in their London office. The role requires a JD/law degree and bar admission in at least one U.S. state or the UK.

Requirements

• JD/law degree and bar admission in at least one U.S. state or the UK
• 8+ years relevant experience; in-house experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with internal teams to proactively address and resolve contractual matters
• Review, draft, revise, negotiate, and advise on key business contracts for various types of arrangements
• Support merger and acquisition transactions and other strategic corporate development transactions
• Help define procedures and practices within Legal to promote efficient workflows and handling of contractual matters
• Set up a Contracts Management function to drive better and more efficient results across the business
• Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate risks
