Join our team as a Senior Creative Marketing Specialist and play a critical role in defining, developing, and delivering compelling creative assets. You will lead creative direction, create high-quality video content, design graphics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include developing content strategy, translating marketing objectives into visual assets, and owning the end-to-end creative process. This role requires 10+ years of experience in creative roles, mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, and a strong portfolio. You will work remotely, collaborating with other creative and marketing team members across multiple businesses. This position offers opportunities to work across diverse clients and industries.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in creative roles, with a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution
- Proven experience creating impactful, conversion-driven digital content for businesses, ideally in e-commerce or online sales environments
- Deep understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and how creative assets drive performance
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.) and strong proficiency with Canva
- Skilled in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro and CapCut, with a focus on creating short-form video content for social media and paid advertising
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative capabilities β including video, design, and multi-channel marketing assets β all tied to business objectives
- Ability to balance big-picture thinking with a meticulous eye for design detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to confidently present and explain creative ideas
- Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership without heavy oversight
- Passionate about combining artistic excellence with business impact
Responsibilities
- Lead creative direction and visual strategy for marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
- Create high-quality short-form video content for social media (organic and paid), including editing and optimizing for different platforms
- Design graphics and visual assets for social media, email campaigns, websites, and other marketing channels
- Play an active role in developing content strategy for short-form video projects, pushing creative standards forward for paid ads and social initiatives
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to align on messaging, goals, and deliverables
- Translate marketing copy and strategic objectives into visually compelling assets that resonate with target audiences
- Own the end-to-end creative process β from ideation and concepting through final delivery
- Deliver assets on time to internal partners responsible for deployment and publishing
- Provide strategic input to elevate overall brand and campaign storytelling
