Summary
Join AJ Bell as a Senior CRM Data Executive on a contract basis and play a key role in driving customer growth and increasing customer value. You will lead CRM campaign execution using Bloomreach, optimizing marketing performance through data-driven strategies and automation. Collaborate with the marketing team and stakeholders to ensure targeted and effective campaigns. Responsibilities include developing campaigns, reporting on performance, and utilizing Bloomreach's capabilities. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of CRM experience, excellent analytical skills, and experience with Bloomreach or similar platforms. Requirements
- 3 + years experience in CRM in an omnichannel business or similar role
- Excellent analytical skills (SQL is a bonus) with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present key findings in an impactful way
- Experience of working with Bloomreach or similar Customer Marketing Platforms
- Good understanding and active experience in the end-to-end delivery of email marketing campaigns
- Experience in working with customer data, including permissions, data protection, GDPR, segmentation
- Self-motivator and good communicator
Responsibilities
- Develop targeted, data-driven campaigns to specific customer segments
- Perform as a Bloomreach super user and building close working relationships with our marketing platform vendor, ensuring platform capabilities are utilised and optimised across all channels
- Produce regular campaign and automated programme reporting to thoroughly understand performance of all campaigns and identify insights to make recommendations to drive future performance
- Work with the marketing teams to ensure an in-depth understanding of the key objectives and deliverables of the annual campaign plans
- Generate comprehensive campaign reports using data from Bloomreach and other marketing and business tools
- Use workflow and automation functions within the tools, reducing manual production wherever possible. (Long-term aims are to achieve a balance of 80% programme/automation based and 20% campaign-based CRM activity)
- Effectively manage, execute, and track the performance of marketing activity through CRM channels
- Support and enable the business to deliver good outcomes for D2C customers through adherence of regulatory requirements, including consumer duty
