Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of CRM, marketing automation and/or marketing analytics
  • Experience in stakeholder management or working in cross-functional teams combined with strong communication skills
  • An analytical approach combined with the ability to grasp complex issues quickly
  • An empathic mindset to understand our customers (patients and doctors) needs
  • Experience in using marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or Braze
  • Prior hands-on experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a big plus
  • Sound knowledge of relational databases and database querying via SQL
  • Good practical experience in data analysis and visualisation and the use of corresponding tools such as Google BigQuery, Google Analytics, Google DataStudio
  • Excellent communication skills in oral and written German and English

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute end-to-end projects to automate patient journeys through Salesforce Marketing Cloud in liaison with your business stakeholders
  • Create and maintain journey automation that utilise multiple data sources for campaigns
  • Integrate marketing campaign data with customer records
  • Create reports and dashboards to monitor and analyse the effectiveness of campaigns and automated journeys
  • Collaborate with our product & engineering team to improve the setup and data quality of our CRM concerning business requirements
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform capabilities and communicate any new features or changes to the organisation
