This role will be dedicated to marketing results in specific states, working with internal Marketing resources and requires a deep understanding of direct-to-consumer marketing techniques, campaign management, response data analysis, and consumer behavior, with the outcome resulting in increasing the customer base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced marketing degree preferred
  • 6-8 years of experience in direct-to-consumer marketing with a focus on customer acquisition and retention
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Should have a track record of managing direct response campaigns across channels, including Linear TV/radio, direct mail, email, digital advertising, and social media
  • Requires creativity and strategic thinking, as well as the ability to collaborate with channel partners to execute marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, revenue, and market share
  • Ability to craft compelling messaging to maximize customer acquisition

Responsibilities

  • Developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention
  • Determine the appropriate advertising and marketing content for channels such as Linear TV/radio, print, direct mail, and social media
  • Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze marketing funnels to identify drop-off points and recommend improvements to increase conversion rates
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI
  • Monitor advertising and vendor budgets, adjusting as needed to meet lead and cost-per-acquisition goals
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, including agencies, independent design contractors, printers, and media buyers
  • Ensure all direct response marketing campaigns comply with industry regulations and best practices
