Summary

Join Stavvy as a Senior Customer Success Manager, assisting in change management to promote digital transformation within the mortgage servicing industry. Responsibilities include facilitating onboarding & implementation, identifying growth opportunities, account planning, process optimization, maintaining accurate customer records, and hosting executive business reviews.

Requirements

  • 5+ consecutive years in a customer success role, with at least two of those years at the same company, managing an enterprise-level book of business
  • Background in Fintech or Mortgage Lending in Origination is required

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Change Management & Drive Adoption
  • Manage a high touch onboarding & implementation process
  • Identify Growth Opportunities & Risk Mitigation
  • Account Plan Success Strategy
  • Process Optimization and Mentoring
  • Maintaining accurate internal customer records
  • Plan & Host Executive Business Reviews
  • Renewals

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Hubspot, Confluence, and Smartsheets is preferred
