Requirements
- 4 years of experience in data analysis and analytics, with a proven track record of mentoring team members
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL and Python
- Experience building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or similar BI tools
- Ability to interpret complex data using advanced analytics, such as predictive modeling, to forecast trends and optimize business outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Enthusiastic about data and analytics, learning new techniques and skills, and working with data scientists and engineers
Responsibilities
- Develop automated reports and dashboards to support product and business operations, ensuring data accessibility and efficiency
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Tableau to uncover trends, drive actionable insights, and influence product roadmaps and executive decisions
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to deliver data-driven solutions that align with business goals
- Apply advanced analytics and statistical methods to identify key business trends and optimize decision-making
- Design and implement scalable data models that integrate multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and accessibility
- Effectively communicate insights and analysis results to stakeholders across SimplePractice, highlighting opportunities to better serve both the business and its customers
- Mentor team members and act as a data subject matter expert, driving best practices in analytics and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with dbt Cloud or similar tools
- Knowledge of ETL pipelines and data warehouse best practices
- Knowledge of techniques such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and multivariate analysis
