Join Experian's Cyber Fusion Centre (CFC) as a Senior CFC Programme Manager to lead programmes enhancing security maturity and risk reduction. Working with senior CFC leadership, you will plan and deliver key programmes, establish scalable structures, and foster best practices. Leveraging your cybersecurity or security operations background, you will engage with partners across Experian, utilizing data storytelling and process optimization to drive continuous improvement. This remote UK-based role (with international travel) offers the chance to collaborate with a global team, contributing to a world-class organization's security strategy. You will be responsible for programme leadership and delivery, partner engagement, training and capability development, process optimization, and collaboration across cybersecurity domains. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Professional certifications in project, or portfolio management (e.g., PMP, PgMP)
- Demonstrable experience managing large-scale programmes, within technical or cyber focused environments
- Experience leading projects and delivering measurable outcomes in different settings
- Experience with cybersecurity technologies and industry frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and COBIT
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Experience with data-driven decision-making and process improvement
- Experience simplifying complex scenarios into concise updates and applicable plans
- Proficient in collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Confluence, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools like Power BI and Tableau
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the CFC's Threat-Informed Defence strategy roadmap, ensuring agreement on organizational goals
- Oversee the planning, prioritization, and delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to established processes and standards
- Develop programme roadmaps and work plans in collaboration with senior leadership
- Establish and maintain programme reporting standards and delivery methodologies
- Be the project manager for main projects i.e. those enhancing incident response and security operations
- Drive continuous improvement through structured feedback loops and performance metrics
- Promote communication between partners, departments, and delivery teams to ensure coordination and agreement
- Develop compelling business cases and communicate strategic value through data storytelling and executive reporting
- Support change management efforts, including partner engagement, documentation, and training
- Design and manage global training programmes and exercises to build team readiness and engagement
- Develop team training roadmaps, including onboarding curricula and ongoing capability development
- Collaborate with partners to define, document, and improve shared processes and services
- Champion a data-centric approach to process improvement, applying analytics to inform decisions and improve outcomes
- Review and manage material changes to CFC processes, ensuring clarity, understanding and agreement
- Build relationships across cybersecurity domains, including threat intelligence, compliance, engineering, and incident response
- Facilitate agreement and knowledge sharing across teams to support cohesive operations
- Provide administrative support for security operations and incident response functions
- Remain keen to develop with the needs of the CFC
