Summary

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Engineering Team at Hubstaff. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record in a similar role
  • Strong expertise in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Experience with machine learning techniques and predictive modeling
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Experience in managing large datasets and complex data structures
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Insights: Perform complex data analysis to extract actionable insights influencing strategic decisions and business growth
  • Model Development: Develop and implement statistical models to analyze trends and customer behavior
  • Data Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's data strategy, ensuring optimal data collection, analysis, and usage
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate complex analytical insights to stakeholders and executive leadership, influencing key decisions
  • Project Management: Manage and oversee data-related projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver valuable insights
  • Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in analysis, maintaining high data quality and governance standards
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including engineering, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment of data initiatives with business goals

  • Contractor position with a lot of freedom and flexibility in day-to-day work. Payments based on working hours and paid in USD, range between USD 40/Hour and USD 50/Hour
