Requirements

• 4+ years in a data analysis role, ideally within SaaS, gaming, e-commerce, or other product-driven industries
• Advanced SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling tools like dbt
• Strong Tableau skills for creating detailed dashboards and extracting actionable insights
• Mid-level Python knowledge for data analysis
• Knowledge of statistical concepts, including hypothesis testing and experimentation design
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills for stakeholder management in a remote environment
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to shifting priorities
• Self-motivated and organized with a keen attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced data analysis and generate insights to guide strategic decisions across business units
• Design and analyze experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to optimize product performance and drive business growth
• Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau to present complex data in a clear, actionable manner
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and create performance-tracking dashboards
• Leverage SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources
• Support the development of a data-driven culture by advocating for the use of analytics in decision-making
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in data to improve business outcome
