Senior Data Analyst

Summary

The job is for a Data Analyst to set up the data function from scratch at n8n, a fast-growing low-code platform. The role involves cleaning and standardizing datasets, creating key product metrics, building dashboards, and setting up a data-driven culture. Must have 5+ years of relevant experience, pro knowledge of SQL, and experience working with Product teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience interpreting data
• Pro knowledge of SQL
• Experience working with Product teams
• Experience in an early-stage data team
• Basic knowledge of statistics

Responsibilities

• Turn n8n into a truly data-centric organization
• Make data more accessible for everyone
• Clean, parse, and validate datasets
• Create and define key product metrics
• Build and maintain dashboards
• Run ad hoc diagnostic, prescriptive or predictive analyses
• Proactively seek answers in our data
• Support PMs to prioritize initiatives and set meaningful goals
• Own our CDP, Rudderstack, and our data warehouse, BigQuery
• Own our business intelligence tool, Metabase

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with our tools (BigQuery, Rudderstack, Metabase)
• Knowledge of Python
• Experience with causal inference
