Requirements

• 4+ years of analytical experience, ideally in the iGaming, gaming or video streaming industry
• Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and managing large datasets
• Solid expertise in data visualization, including tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
• A proactive data-driven mindset with curiosity, experience in daily reporting, and insights generation
• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to all stakeholders, regardless of their data skills
• A self-motivated, detail-oriented approach to work

Responsibilities

• Transform and analyze large, complex data sets representing transactional, financial data, and player behavior to uncover actionable insights
• Deliver proactive recommendations to stakeholders across product, commercial, and technical disciplines to shape optimization and enhance KPIs
• Build and maintain automated dashboards to visualize key metrics and performance trends
• Deliver in-depth researches to check against various business hypotheses and provide actionable recommendations
• Collaborate across teams to drive data-informed decisions for product improvements
• Own multiple data projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Contribute to data literacy growth and advancement across the company

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ClickHouse and Python (or other scripting languages)
• Understanding of iGaming market, game provider business model and relevant metrics
• Experience with tools like Redash and Confluence
• Enthusiasm for learning and personal projects in data analytics or machine learning
