Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) using SQL and enterprise data sources to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Design, build, and manage dashboards that provide actionable insights to clinical and operational leaders across the organization
- Conduct root cause analysis to investigate data anomalies, performance trends, and operational variation, delivering clear, data-backed recommendations
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot data pipeline and quality issues, ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable reporting
- Maintain clear, accessible documentation of metrics definitions, data sources, and dashboard logic to support transparency, consistency, and knowledge transfer
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of analyzing medical claim, lab data, EMR data and clinical data
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools
- Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort in ambiguity; a self-starter. Desire to work in a start-up environment. Previous experience at a start-up is a plus
- Must be comfortable speaking and leading analytical discussions with stakeholders
