You will lead data analysis projects, analyze acquisition campaigns, design A/B tests, and partner with marketing teams. Responsibilities include improving media mix and attribution, building dashboards, using statistical techniques, and promoting data best practices. Requirements
- Degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science)
- Strong experience in marketing or e-commerce analytics
- Experience using AI tools and workflows in your day-to-day work, such as data enrichment, automation, advanced querying, or insight generation
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets and data warehouses
- Hands-on experience with Python for analysis and data manipulation
- Strong communication skills—you can explain complex ideas in a simple way
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and working across different teams
- A curious mindset—you love learning new things and finding better ways to do things
Responsibilities
- Lead data analysis projects from scoping to delivery, collaborating with stakeholders to define questions and share actionable insights
- Analyze acquisition campaigns and provide data-backed recommendations to improve performance and customer journey outcomes
- Design and evaluate A/B tests and incremental lift studies
- Partner with marketing teams to translate business needs into robust analysis and strategic decisions
- Improve media mix and attribution methodology using internal data, experiments, and modeling
- Build dashboards and reports that help teams monitor KPIs and track impact
- Use statistical techniques like forecasting, sampling, simulations, and pattern recognition to solve marketing challenges
- Promote data best practices across teams and help democratize data access and understanding
- Stay updated on trends in marketing analytics and AI—and help bring those innovations into our daily processes
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with machine learning techniques (e.g. predictive modeling, clustering, or classification) is highly desired
