Senior Data Analyst

You will lead data analysis for influencer marketing campaigns, creating reports, dashboards, and providing data-driven recommendations. You will mentor junior analysts and stay updated on industry trends. The salary range is $65,000-$75,000, and the position is remote in the US. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
• 3+ years of experience in a data analysis role, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership position
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the collection, organization, and analysis of data from a variety of sources to inform influencer marketing campaigns
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize data trends and insights
• Use data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in influencer marketing campaigns
• Work with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations and support decision-making
• Mentor and train junior data analysts as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and influencer marketing

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing
• Startup experience
• Looker Dashboard Experience
• Experience in marketing, advertising, or influencer space
• Experience navigating influencer reporting platforms
