Requirements

  • 5+ years in product analytics, business intelligence, or data roles in high-growth tech environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Expertise in SQL, Tableau, and Snowflake
  • Familiarity with experimentation design and analysis (A/B testing)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights
  • Experience automating reporting processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to analyze user behavior, experiment outcomes, and product performance
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform product roadmaps and feature prioritization
  • Build dashboards and reports in Tableau to support product, marketing, and finance leaders
  • Conduct exploratory analysis, funnel analysis, segmentation, and cohort tracking to drive engagement and retention strategies
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across product and business domains
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure metrics are clearly understood, consistently calculated, and tied to company goals
  • Identify trends, diagnose anomalies, and recommend course corrections in collaboration with business owners
  • Expertise in SQL to query, analyze, and transform data efficiently
  • Strong understanding of semantic layers to enable scalable, self-serve analytics across the company
  • Proficiency in Snowflake for data warehousing and advanced analytics
  • Advanced Tableau skills for building interactive dashboards and data visualizations
  • Conduct data modeling and predictive analytics to support business initiatives
  • Develop a foundational understanding of Python for analytics projects that require deeper data science techniques
  • Navigate GitHub to review key tables created by Engineering
  • Document insights and collaborate effectively using Confluence

Preferred Qualifications

  • MacOS and G-Workspace knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with dbt is a plus, particularly for financial data transformation and modeling
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS or marketplace platforms
  • Python knowledge for advanced analytics or modeling
