Requirements
- BA / BS in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field required
- At least 5 yearsβ experience in data analytics and systems implementations and management
- Strong database knowledge and skills, including SQL
- Strong experience in Tableau, Databricks and Excel
- Experience Python to manipulate data, build models, and draw insights from large data sets
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams
- Strategic and positive mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business innovations
- A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Tech stakeholders and conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets using statistical techniques, data mining, and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns and correlations of sales activities
- Develop advanced reporting and visualization tools in Tableau, Databricks and Excel that effectively communicate KPIs and critical business insights to stakeholders
- Translate data and findings into actionable insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision making at the executive level
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand and gather their data requirements. This involves translating business needs into technical specifications
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on how to use BI tools and interpret data reports effectively. This includes producing and maintaining use manuals and metric definitions
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the reports and dashboards. This involves performing regular validation and cleaning tasks
- Clearly communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through presentations, written reports and visualizations
Preferred Qualifications
MA/MS in quantitative social science or technical field (e.g., demography, economics, statistics) preferred

- Base Salary: $110k to $120k
