Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with a strong focus on data engineering, data warehousing, or related domains
- Deep understanding of modern data infrastructure, including data lakes, cloud warehouses, ETL pipelines, and distributed systems
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and tools like Databricks, Kafka, and AWS Glue
- Experience working with Snowflake and marketing platforms such as Facebook Ads or Google Ads
- Intermediate proficiency in SQL
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Proven record of delivering complex technical products with high customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, simplifying technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiency and leading change management initiatives
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for data engineering, pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and align with business goals
- Drive innovation by staying current with industry trends in data infrastructure, cloud data platforms, and big data technologies
- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to enhance data pipelines, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and reliability
- Develop strategies for data governance, quality, and lifecycle management
- Prioritize product enhancements, bug fixes, and new feature development to balance immediate needs with long-term strategy
- Provide insights and guidance on warehouse technologies such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
- Partner with Data Operations to ensure smooth deployments, performance monitoring, and scalability
- Define and track KPIs to measure success, user satisfaction, and business impact
