Join Samsara as a Sr. Deal Desk Program Analyst and manage our Third-Party Finance Program, supporting Deal Desk operational initiatives, and driving projects impacting core business systems. You will optimize deal processes, ensure compliance, and support continued growth. This remote position is open to candidates in Canada or the US (excluding specified areas); relocation assistance is not provided. The role involves managing relationships with third-party financing partners, supporting Deal Desk operational initiatives (process improvement, policy development, internal enablement), driving projects related to Deal Desk systems and tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will champion Samsara's cultural principles. The ideal candidate has Salesforce and Zendesk experience.
Requirements
- Experience managing third-party financing or customer financing programs
- 5+ years of professional work experience with 2+ years experience in a project management or operations role
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing projects supporting Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Accounting, and/or Finance teams
- Demonstrated understanding of established project management practices and tools
- A demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with third-party financing partners, serving as a point of contact for inquiries and issues, and supporting program optimization and compliance
- Support Deal Desk operational initiatives, focusing on process improvement, policy development, and internal enablement. This includes assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Deal Desk policies, procedures, and workflows
- Assist in driving projects related to Deal Desk systems and tools, including implementation, configuration, and optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Legal) to identify areas for operational improvement and support the implementation of solutions
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsaraβs cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
