Join FloQast as a Senior Demand Generation Specialist and play a key role in the Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will own and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across various channels. Your focus will be on creating meaningful customer experiences that drive pipeline and influence the buyer's journey. Responsibilities include executing email marketing initiatives, building and testing emails, managing email communications, conducting A/B tests, assisting with webinar administration, managing vendor relationships, and reporting on results. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong project management and communication skills. Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Demonstrated cross-functional marketing expertise and co-marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- Strong project management. communication, and organization skills with a proven ability to work across functional areas to implement strategies
- Stellar attention to detail. You’re not scared off by complex campaigns, multiple stakeholders, or layered levels of data to sift through
- A track record of driving B2B pipeline through lifecycle marketing programs, including nurture channels like email marketing and webinars
- You understand email best practices, including segmentation, list management, deliverability, and the unique requirements of email copywriting, such as subject lines, preview text, and content segmentation
- Expertise in building dynamic, highly-targeted messaging tailored to distinct buyer personas, user behavior, and the buyer’s journey
- Keen eye for email UX and design, with an understanding of email rendering and accessibility across ESPs, dark mode, various devices, etc
- Knowledge of webinar best practices, including driving registration and attendance, event gamification, adhering to CPE requirements, and post-event communications
- Understanding of privacy laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, TCPA, and other email/SMS compliance regulations
Responsibilities
- Execute dynamic email marketing initiatives that advance prospects through the buyer’s journey, including drip campaigns, nurture campaigns, and more
- Build and test emails through HubSpot and Litmus, ensuring all content remains on-brand while meeting best practices for UX, user experience, and accessibility
- Create and monitor operational emails pertaining to upcoming events and webinars, such as confirmation and reminder emails
- Own the email communications calendar, working with other marketing teams to ensure communications are relevant and impactful
- Conduct ongoing A/B tests of all aspects of the emails (subject lines, copy, frequency, time of day/week, etc.)
- Assist with webinar administration and project management from pre-event setup through event post-mortem, including coordination with speakers and internal stakeholders
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors for paid placements, including email blasts and display placements
- Proactively report on email and webinar results and provide insight and suggestions for optimization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with email marketing platforms, such as HubSpot
- Experience with email testing platforms, such as Litmus
- Experience with webinar platforms such as Goldcast and On24
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Asana is preferred
- Comfort using Excel/Google Sheets to parse through data, identify trends, and make recommendations
