Join Academy, a product design agency, as a Senior Design Recruiter! You will work with recruiting and sourcing leaders to support hiring for various design roles. Responsibilities include talent sourcing, client collaboration, candidate assessment, and developing recruiting strategies. Responsibilities
- Identify and engage top UX talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, industry events, referrals and Academy's extensive database
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Conduct comprehensive portfolio reviews, behavioral assessments, and interviews to ensure candidates align with client requirements
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Continuously improve core programs and processes to enhance recruitment efforts and outcomes
- Provide constructive feedback and career coaching to candidates, helping them to improve their skills and better position themselves for success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, providing ongoing support and career advice
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to offer strategic insights to clients and candidates
- Play a key role in advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive team through enhancing our hiring and inclusion practices
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to hire, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved
- Create and maintain a feedback loop with clients and candidates to continuously improve our recruitment processes and outcomes
