Summary
Join Velocity Global as a Senior Designer and play a critical role in creating high-quality, on-brand creative solutions across various channels. You will contribute to brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders to produce compelling visual content. This fully remote position, based on the West Coast, requires 5+ years of professional design experience and proficiency in creative software like Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. You'll ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in art, advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field (degree/certificate not required)
- 5+ years of professional design experience, an understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts, with a portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns and innovative brand work
- Experience in brand, campaign, and product design; a mix of B2B and B2C experience
- Proficient in creative software, including Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, with expertise in design for web, video, animation, and advertising
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling concepts that resonate globally
- Candidates should be located Pacific Time (PT)
Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-quality, on-brand creative solutions across digital/web, display, social media, sales materials, events, presentations, and activations—including the ability to concept and execute animations
- Contribute to the creative process, including brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and hands-on development of important deliverables
- Partner with stakeholders across teams to create compelling visual content that resonates with Velocity Global's audiences, refining and evolving Velocity Global's visual identity
- Ensure all work follows Velocity Global's brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to enhance the brand
- Conduct research, stay informed on cultural insights, and analyze industry trends to produce authentic and resonant creative work
- Partner with external agencies and freelancers as needed to deliver exceptional work
- Act as a brand steward, ensuring a consistent and cohesive visual approach across all creative outputs
