Senior DevOps Engineer

Summary

Join Gorilla Logic as a Senior DevOps Engineer and support Kubernetes deployments, Terraform infrastructure, and CI/CD workflows. This role offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced cloud environment. You will assist in Kubernetes migrations and GKE optimizations, support Terraform refactoring, and develop with Terraform and Kubernetes. Collaborate with developers to ensure infrastructure reliability and scalability. This position requires 5+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps and experience with cloud-hosted Kubernetes and Terraform. Bonus skills include experience with logging, monitoring, and security best practices and knowledge of Spacelift.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps
• Experience with cloud-hosted Kubernetes (e.g. AKS, EKS, or GKE) and Terraform Programming Language
• Experience with Git and GitHub
• Familiarity with GCP and CI/CD best practices
• Basic understanding of MySQL & PostgreSQL
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash scripting

Responsibilities

• Assist in Kubernetes migrations and GKE optimizations
• Support Terraform refactoring and infrastructure automation
• Develop with the Terraform programming language and Kubernetes
• Work on CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and observability
• Collaborate with developers to ensure infrastructure reliability and scalability
• Assist with the infrastructure projects as needed by Moov
• Support migrating the terraform deployment process for microservices running within Kubernetes

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with logging, monitoring, and security best practices
• Knowledge of Spacelift, which is an orchestrate Terraform, OpenTofu, Ansible, and more to deliver secure, cost-effective, and high-performance infrastructure
• Experience with Google Cloud
