Summary

Join insightsoftware as a Corporate Communications Manager and play an integral role in elevating global awareness of the company. You will own the analyst relations program, partner with the Senior Corporate Communications Manager to enhance public relations, develop and manage a spokesperson bench, support M&A communications, collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams on thought leadership campaigns, manage the awards program, track and report on key metrics, and oversee the digital newsroom. This role requires strong communication, project management, and interpersonal skills, along with experience in corporate communications and analyst relations within a B2B technology company. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a go-getter, and comfortable working with media and internal/external stakeholders. The position offers the opportunity to work remotely.

Requirements

  • 5+ years corporate communications experience
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Business
  • Proven track record of managing analyst relations programs for a high-growth, B2B technology company
  • Experience supporting PR programs and media relations activities
  • Strong storyteller with the natural ability to simplify complex messaging
  • Go-getter that is resourceful and proactive, with the ability to manage up and work collaboratively across team levels
  • Ability to exhibit strong interpersonal skills and build relationships across the business, at all levels, and with professionals outside the business
  • Ability to create content within established brand guidelines, learning the brand rules over time to become a true brand guidelines champion
  • Excellent communication and project management skills; highly organized and structured
  • Strong writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute insightsoftware's analyst relations strategy – leveraging agency support, continuously identify key targets, nurture relationships, maintain constant communication, organize briefings and inquiries, and manage the submission and evaluation process for inclusion in industry reports
  • Partner with Senior Corporate Communications Manager to elevate public relations program – collaborate on media relations activities, press release development, managing global PR agency, and aligning PR campaigns with broader Marketing initiatives and product launches
  • Develop and manage spokesperson bench – identify, prepare, and coordinate internal experts for media opportunities, manage media training programs, and ensure spokespersons are equipped with key messaging and interview skills
  • Support M&A communications – execute communication initiatives for merger and acquisition activities in collaboration with the Senior Corporate Communications Manager
  • Partner with Marketing and cross-functional teams to support thought leadership campaigns and executive communications, including customer outreach, social media, speaking opportunities, and blog content
  • Manage awards program – strategically nominate insightsoftware for relevant industry awards, coordinate submission materials, and promote wins to maximize visibility and brand recognition
  • Track and report on key metrics – maintain PR/AR calendars, monitor performance, and provide regular reporting on communications activities
  • Oversee digital newsroom – partner with Digital Marketing team to revamp and maintain the online press center with fresh content and improved functionality
