Requirements

  • 5-8 years in digital strategy, user experience, or digital transformation consulting roles
  • Proven track record of leading digital strategy initiatives for enterprise clients
  • Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and strategic consultation
  • Experience with user research methodologies, including usability testing and VOC analysis
  • Background in technical SEO and comprehensive digital auditing
  • Track record of successful executive-level client presentations and business development
  • Proficiency with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Piwik, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize alternatives)
  • Knowledge of user research tools (Hotjar, FullStory, UserTesting, etc.)
  • Understanding of SEO tools and technical optimization principles
  • Familiarity with wireframing and site architecture
  • Experience with survey platforms and VOC analysis
  • Senior-level analytical thinking and strategic problem-solving capabilities
  • Executive presence and advanced presentation skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholder management
  • Cross-functional leadership skills for directing diverse teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive web strategy frameworks through systematic auditing and analysis in partnership with the Strategy/Creative Team and Web Development team
  • Coordinate user testing initiatives and translate findings into actionable UX recommendations
  • Optimize user site flows to improve conversion paths and customer journey effectiveness with the Strategy/Creative Team
  • Design and plan A/B testing strategies to validate user experience improvements
  • Provide technical SEO recommendations to enhance site performance and discoverability
  • Create detailed site architecture deliverables that support business objectives and user needs
  • Design, conduct and analyze Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys to inform strategic decision-making
  • Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis and market positioning assessments
  • Partner with cross-functional Integrated Media Services Teams to ensure digital-business strategy alignment
  • Synthesize research findings into strategic recommendations that drive business growth
  • Identify market opportunities and competitive advantages through data-driven analysis
  • Guide clients in understanding how digital initiatives serve as the foundation for business metrics
  • Support internal presentations and facilitate strategic conversations with client stakeholders
  • Help clients communicate their success stories through compelling data narratives
  • Educate clients on digital best practices and emerging industry trends
  • Translate complex digital concepts into business language that resonates with executive audiences
  • Develop channel mix strategies and provide optimization recommendations
  • Conduct high-level performance analysis across digital marketing channels
  • Review SEO content strategies and provide strategic recommendations (not content creation)
  • Identify opportunities for channel integration and cross-platform optimization
  • Support digital marketing teams with strategic insights and performance benchmarking
