Success requires 4-6 years of experience in account management or digital marketing, a proven track record of client success, and exceptional communication and analytical skills. The role is remote, with a preference for candidates in the NYC Metro area open to a hybrid setup.

- Champion Client Relationships
- Build trusted, strategic relationships with senior and C-Suite marketing executives
- Confidently lead high-stakes conversations, offering smart, persuasive solutions that drive both marketing performance and business impact
- Craft and Execute Strategy
- Partner with clients to build customized, data-driven marketing plans that align with their unique business objectives
- Transform performance insights into focused, cross-channel strategies that deliver measurable results
- Lead with Insight
- Take ownership of campaign and business reviews, uncovering patterns, challenges, and untapped opportunities
- Leverage your strategic expertise to proactively guide clients toward smarter investments and stronger performance outcomes
- Own the Onboarding Experience
- Run a smooth, high-touch onboarding process that sets the foundation for a long-term, successful partnership
- Ensure clients feel confident, informed, and empowered from day one

- Be the Voice of the Client Internally

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with multi-location or franchise brands is a plus - especially when paired with a solid understanding of media strategy and platform capabilities
