The job description is for a Senior Director of Value Management in the Finance team at Wellhub's São Paulo office. This individual will develop and implement strategies to optimize client revenue and increase gross profit in every country where Wellhub operates.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in management consulting or Revenue Management/Pricing

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of enterprise pricing strategy
• Define discount and waiver policies that optimize long-term client margins
• Structure and execute rigorous experimentation to inform pricing decisions
• Provide a data-driven analysis of Wellhub's competitive pricing position
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Marketing to evolve our enterprise SKU models
• Set a clear vision for profitability and gross profit growth at the client level
• Partner with finance and sales operations to establish pricing guidelines
• Provide expert guidance on pricing negotiations for deals that fall outside of standard policies
